Job_Description":" Senior UI/UX Designer Location: Ahmedabad Mode: Fully Work from the Office Preference: Immediate Joiners Summary: We are looking for self-driven, highly skilled UI/UX Designers who thrive in a dynamic environment and can independently handle end-to-end design processes. You should be proficient in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences while being able to communicate with clients effectively and stakeholders. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and gather feedback. Own the entire design process from ideation to execution, delivering high-quality visual and interactive experiences. Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs using Figma or similar tools. Incorporate user feedback and data insights to iterate and improve designs through sprint cycles. Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications, considering both usability and aesthetics. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present ideas and justify design decisions. Requirements Experience: 3 to 5+ years in UI/UX design with a proven track record of independently delivering complex design projects. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final visual designs. The portfolio should demonstrate your ability to handle both UI and UX tasks independently and present complex ideas clearly. Proficiency: Expert in Figma and other industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD). Skills: Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. Experience with design systems and pattern libraries. Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS) is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle client and stakeholder communication independently. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities. Education: Bachelordegree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field.
