User Experience Research - Senior/Expert

As a User Researcher at SAP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of SAP's strategic S/4HANA Cloud solution. Working within a dynamic and creative international team, you will collaborate with interaction designers, user researchers, and visual designers to drive user-centric projects from inception to usability testing. Your responsibilities will include working closely with design and product teams to identify discovery spaces, engaging with end users and customers to understand their needs, and leading user-centric projects. With your expertise in user research methodologies and tools, you will contribute to the development of a user-centric product definition. To excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in User Research across various business domains. A degree from a university or applied science institution in fields such as Psychology, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Digital Media is required. Your proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative user research methods, particularly in a business software context, will be essential for success. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in English (and preferably Hindi), and the capacity to build relationships across interdisciplinary stakeholders are key attributes for this position. Additionally, your role as a team player with proficient writing, presentation, and time management skills will contribute to the collaborative environment at SAP.
