User Experience Designer

Role Overview: As a UX/VX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create, evaluate, and modify prototypes to support software application development. You will be involved in developing design concepts and implementations with a focus on user interface design considerations. Additionally, you will apply software design and usability processes to investigate technical problems and produce specifications describing user interfaces and internal structures for products. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with users and product stakeholders to gather information about their requirements - Propose and sketch out a range of visual concepts using both paper and software applications - Create user personas, user journeys, and site maps - Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools such as Axure, Adobe product suite, Figma, Miro, or other similar tools - Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering various display devices - Collaborate with other designers, product design, and development teams - Conduct remote and on-site user research and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience - Write reports and communicate research results - Redesign websites and mobile apps to enhance responsiveness and usability - Stay updated with technological innovations and new tools Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of UX/VX experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional project teams - Ability to ensure design standards, guidelines, and best practices are followed - Attention to detail and a strong sense of project ownership - Proficiency in reproducing visual designs accurately Please note that you will also need to oversee research and insight projects, collaborate with team members, and ensure that all colleagues have an understanding of UX design practices.
