Job Description

As a Senior Experience Designer at Adobe Design, you will have the opportunity to join the Illustrator team within the Creative Cloud business segment. You will collaborate with various departments to deeply understand customer needs and deliver industry-standard tools for print and digital media. Your role will involve designing comprehensive experiences across multiple products and platforms, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners. Your focus will be on creating simple, elegant, and intuitive experiences that enhance user workflows and bring delight to users. Key Responsibilities: - Designing comprehensive experiences across multiple products and platforms - Working closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners - Creating simple, elegant, and intuitive experiences to enhance user workflows and bring delight - Communicating design ideas using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes - Collaborating with the user research team and engaging with customers to understand their goals and validate design solutions Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in product design - Degree or equivalent practical experience in design, with a focus on graphic design, HCI, or related fields - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar design programs - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams In this role, you are encouraged to submit a resume and online portfolio showcasing examples of your product/experience design work. Case studies that demonstrate the evolution of work, including early sketches, challenges overcome, and nixed ideas, are particularly valued.
