Shift: 5:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners
We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional support to our members planning elective surgical or medical procedures. You'll answer inbound calls, respond to emails and chats, and conduct outbound follow-ups to ensure timely and professional assistance.
- Document and communicate information to members
- Promote SmartShopper products and services
- Research and analyze issues related to member incentive inquiries
- Utilize internal databases to run reports and track member information
- Collaborate with departments to identify trends and develop corrective action plans
- Correspond with health insurance carriers and member sites of service
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance claims and medical coding (CPT, DRGs)
