US Technical Support Representative

Role Overview: You will be joining Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process in the US Shift. Your main responsibilities will include taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing the problems, recommending the best solutions, and selling technical support plans along with relevant software.
