US Taxation(American Process)

As an experienced US Taxation Executive, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accurate filings and timely submissions in compliance with IRS guidelines. Your role will involve tax planning, research, and analysis for US-based clients, as well as maintaining proper documentation and records of all tax-related activities. Additionally, you will communicate with clients regarding tax issues and requirements, and stay updated with changes in US tax laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review US Individual (1040), Corporate (1120), and Partnership (1065) tax returns. - Ensure accurate tax filings and timely submissions in compliance with IRS guidelines. - Perform tax planning, research, and analysis for US-based clients. - Communicate with clients regarding tax issues and requirements. - Maintain proper documentation and records of all tax-related activities. - Keep updated with changes in US tax laws and regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in accounting/finance or related field. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US Taxation. - Strong knowledge of US federal and state tax codes and IRS filing procedures. - Proficiency in tax software such as Drake, ProSeries, or Lacerte. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The company offers a 5-day work week (Monday-Friday) with shift timing from 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
