US Taxation(American Process)

As an experienced US Taxation Executive at our company, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accurate filings in compliance with IRS guidelines, and conducting tax planning and analysis for US-based clients. Your role will also involve maintaining proper documentation, communicating with clients, and staying updated on US tax laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review US Individual (1040), Corporate (1120), and Partnership (1065) tax returns. - Ensure accurate tax filings and timely submissions in compliance with IRS guidelines. - Conduct tax planning, research, and analysis for US-based clients. - Communicate with clients regarding tax issues and requirements. - Maintain proper documentation and records of all tax-related activities. - Stay updated with changes in US tax laws and regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in accounting/finance or related field. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US Taxation. - Strong knowledge of US federal and state tax codes and IRS filing procedures. - Proficiency in tax software such as Drake, ProSeries, or Lacerte. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
