US Tax Accountant

Role Summary: We are currently looking for skilled and motivated Chartered Accountants (CA) and CA Inter candidates to join our Rajkot Branch, specifically in the fields of US Accounting & Tax. Role & Responsibilities: - Preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Assistance in month-end and year-end closing processes, involving journal entries and reconciliations. - Preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. - Aid in devising tax-efficient strategies for clients to mitigate tax liabilities. - Conduct tax research to remain informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and maximizing tax benefits for clients. - Cultivate and uphold strong client relationships through effective communication and timely provision of tax services. - Participation in financial statement audits to ensure adherence to US auditing standards and regulations. - Detailed testing of financial controls and transactions. - Accurate and efficient preparation of audit workpapers and documentation. - Validation of the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and supporting documentation. Eligibility Criteria: - Proficiency in English with good communication skills. - Completion of 3 years of articleship. - Willingness to work in the following shift timings: - 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM (For Female Candidates) - 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM (For Male Candidates) - Immediate joiners preferred.
