Designation - US Tax 1040 LeadExperience - 7+years.Location :RemoteNotice Period - immediate joiner to 15 days

US Tax 1040 Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30 associates to ensure high-quality customer support, optimizing workflow and ensuring productivity.
Client Support:
Provide expert assistance on US Tax 1040-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans to maintain high standards in customer service.
Process Improvement:
Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to streamline tax support processes.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest US tax regulations and customer support protocols.
Reporting:
Generate and present periodic performance and status reports to upper management.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in US Tax 1040 customer support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing large teams.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in US Tax 1040 form preparation and support. Familiarity with customer support tools and tax software is an advantage.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team effectively in a remote environment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong client-facing orientation.
Work Hours:
Availability to work US shift timings.
