Job Description: You will be working as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for the Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in the US Shift at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd. Roles and Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues. - Diagnose the problems effectively and suggest the most suitable plan to the customer. - Offer technical support plans along with relevant software to the customers. Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support. - Ability to independently close calls. - Good convincing and sales skills are necessary. Additional Details: You will receive a fixed salary on the 1st of every month in your salary account. The company offers 24 leaves in a year along with comp offs and birthday leaves. Attractive incentives are provided, and there will be no extension of shift timings. The working environment is friendly and conducive to growth. If you meet the requirements, you must be able to join immediately. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed) along with substantial incentives.
