Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support in an inbound voice process, specifically handling issues related to printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your main tasks will include diagnosing customer issues, recommending suitable solutions, and selling technical support plans and software. Key Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries regarding technical issues - Diagnosing problems and suggesting appropriate solutions - Selling technical support plans and relevant software to customers - Ensuring closure of calls with efficiency and professionalism Qualification Required: - Previous experience in outbound tech support for at least 6 months to 1 year - Ability to close calls effectively - Strong convincing and sales skills Please note that this position offers a fixed salary on the 1st of every month, along with attractive incentives and benefits such as leaves, comp offs, and a friendly working environment. The working hours are in the US shift from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, 6 days a week.
