US Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking results-driven Sales Manager to join our India-based operations for a US security surveillance company. This role involves night shift work to align with US business hours. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in US English accent, strong sales closing abilities, and prior experience handling inbound/outbound leads. Key Responsibilities: Convert qualified leads into paying customers. Need to explain product benefits (360° surveillance cameras, virtual monitoring, etc.). Handle objections, build trust, and close deals over phone/Zoom. Maintain CRM updates and follow-up consistently. Collaborate with US team for onboarding and support. Required Skills: Excellent English communication (preferably US accent). Prior experience in US-based sales.
