Lead Conversion Specialist – US Market

Job description

We are seeking results-driven Sales Manager to join our India-based operations for a US security surveillance company. This role involves night shift work to align with US business hours. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in US English accent, strong sales closing abilities, and prior experience handling inbound/outbound leads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls to US-based leads.
• Understand customer requirements and explain appropriate security solutions.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel to conversion.
• Maintain and update CRM tools and sales pipeline.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback on US market trends and customer pain points.

Qualification:

• Experience: 4–5 years in Lead Conversion Sales, preferably in US market or tech/security services.
• Preferably someone who can speak in a Americanized English accent.
• Education: Any Degree
