Location: Vasna, Ahemdabad (Work from Office Only)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience & skill set)

About Us:

We provide accounting and bookkeeping services to US clients using tools like QuickBooks and Xero.

Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll for U.S. employees accurately and on time

Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other earnings

Process payroll deductions including federal and state taxes, Social Security, Medicare, benefits, garnishments, and 401(k) contributions

Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, including hours worked, PTO, and employee changes

Reconcile payroll reports to general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close

Maintain accurate payroll records and employee payroll files

Handle payroll adjustments, off-cycle payrolls, and corrections as needed

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com (completed or pursuing)

Good payroll, accounting experience knowledge & Excel skills

Eagerness to learn cloud accounting tools
