Kenico Solutions is a dynamic and growing organization specializing in US Mortgage lead generation and customer support. We are looking for enthusiastic Cold Calling Executives to join our energetic team and play a key role in connecting with potential customers in the US market.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US mortgage segment.
• Introduce company services and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style throughout calls.
• Record and update accurate information in the CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
• Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve calling strategies.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine scripts and approaches.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cold calling/telemarketing/US process is an advantage, but freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
• Strong English communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
• Willingness to work in the night shift (US process).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
• Target-driven and motivated to earn incentives.
