Job Title: US Mortgage Loan Closing Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Shift Timing: EMEA (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST)
Experience Required: 0.6 to 2 Years
Interview Mode: In-Person
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform loan-level reconciliation of expenses, identifying variances between proposed and actual expenses listed on the Closing Disclosure.
-Categorize expenses accurately in accordance with TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) regulations.
-Address numerical and clerical discrepancies, ensuring timely delivery of the final Closing Disclosure to borrowers.
-Collaborate with internal teams to obtain and validate expense-related documentation.
-Support post-closing audits by providing accurate reconciliation data and documentation.
Preferred Experience:
-6 months to 2 years of experience in US Mortgage Loan Origination processes.
-Hands-on experience with Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, and post-closing audits.
-Familiarity with TRID regulations and their application in loan origination.
-Exposure to loan origination and servicing platforms such as MCP, MSP, or Black Knight.
-Ability to interpret mortgage-related expenses and supporting documents.
-Working knowledge of various loan products in the US mortgage market.
