Job Description

US-IT Recruiter - 3 to 5 Years (Only Male Candidates are preferred) This role is focused on supporting our US-based clients by identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for various contract and full-time roles. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in the US staffing industry and a deep understanding of US tax terms and visa classifications. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for US-based client requirements, including Implementation or Integration partner roles. Collaborate closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs and support strategic global hiring initiatives. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various sourcing strategies and job platforms, ensuring a minimal turnaround time (TAT). Work on contract, and full-time positions across various IT domains. Effectively recruit candidates with different work authorizations such as H1B, GC, Citizens, OPT, etc. Possess strong knowledge of US tax terms including W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099. Negotiate compensation packages and finalize rates/salaries in coordination with candidates and clients. Develop action plans and strategies to attract top talent for critical technical roles. Conduct interviews, document assessments, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Utilize niche sourcing platforms and innovative recruiting methods to identify quality candidates. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a US staffing environment. Prior experience working with US clients, handling contract/ full-time roles. Solid understanding of US hiring practices, visa types, and employment classifications. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using recruiting tools, job portals, and ATS systems.
