Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite) Shift: Standard EST Timings Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a US IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills , hands-on experience with Ceipal , and the ability to work on all types of requirements, including W2, C2C, and full-time roles . A technical education background is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across various domains. Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Ceipal, referrals, and direct outreach . Work on different hiring models, including W2, C2C, and full-time roles . Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates. Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and negotiate salaries/rates with candidates. Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a seamless hiring process . Maintain and update Ceipal ATS with candidate information and recruitment activity. Stay updated with US hiring practices, tax terms, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, etc.) . Requirements: 2-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS and other sourcing tools. Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and hiring trends . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment . Knowledge of US employment processes, visa classifications, and compliance regulations .
