Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to win new business in the IT staffing market.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls and meetings to assess client needs.
• Design and present tailored staffing solutions to address specific business challenges.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process: from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
• Build and nurture relationships with direct clients and MSPs for long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client engagement data using CRM tools.
• Stay up to date with IT market trends and staffing innovations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in

  business development/sales

  within

  US IT staffing

  .
• Proven record of acquiring

  direct clients

  or

  MSPs

  .
• Deep understanding of

  IT roles

  , technologies, and staffing models (contract, C2H, direct hire).
• Strong communication, leadership, and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency in

  CRM software

  and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
