Job duties: Provide highest level phone and email technical support. • Prioritize and triage phone, email and monitoring system incidents and escalations. • Respond to all L1/L2 escalations – resolve issues per set SLAs. • Document all work performed in a highly detailed and accurate manner in the incident ticketing • Escalate outstanding issues to management based on complexity or time constraints. • Work with product vendors to address software/hardware related issues. • Adheres to all special instructions and documented processes. • Diagnose, repair and update network security devices like Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, IDS/IPS, Endpoint security, Mobile Security, Cloud security, etc. • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues such as connectivity, availability, latency, etc. • Identify gaps in customer networks, make recommendations to address those gaps.
