Role Overview: You will be responsible for working with pre-identified candidate profiles to apply on relevant job portals, coordinating and following up with candidates for interviews and updates, engaging effectively with clients and candidates to negotiate terms, and managing the recruitment cycle for US IT Bench Sales roles.
