Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster US, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Indeed US, and other US job boards.
• Conduct telephonic/virtual screeningsto evaluate technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate with US hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines.
• Schedule and manage interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US-based IT professionals.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experiencethroughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of US IT job roles, technologies, and skill sets.
• Hands-on experience with US job portals, Boolean search, and ATS tools.
• Knowledge of US staffing processes, time zones, and compliance (W2, C2C, 1099 is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, target-oriented approach, and ability to work independently during night shift.
