Job Summary

US IT Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews with US recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
Communicate interview details, confirmations, and follow-ups with candidates
Manage interview reschedules and cancellations efficiently
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and Excel trackers
Share interview feedback and recruitment status with the recruitment team
Support recruiters with job postings and candidate pipeline tracking
Assist in offer coordination, documentation, and onboarding activities
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports
Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline
14 years of experience in US IT recruitment coordination or HR operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with US IT recruitment lifecycle and terminologies
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and ATS tools
Ability to work in night shifts and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

Experience in US staffing companies
Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
Experience using portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
