Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    for IT roles in the US.
  • Source candidates using

    job portals, LinkedIn, and networking

    .
  • Screen resumes and conducts

    initial interviews

    to assess technical skills.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate

    salary, benefits, and contract terms

    with candidates.
  • Stay updated on

    US work visas (H1B, E3, TN) and tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp)

    .
  • Maintain a

    candidate database

    and track hiring metrics.
  • Build relationships with

    clients and hiring managers

    to understand job requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree

    in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years

    of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of

    technical roles

    (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).
  • Familiarity with

    US hiring laws, visa processes, and tax terms

    .
  • Excellent

    communication and negotiation skills

    .
  • Ability to work in

    EST/PST shifts

    .
