About the Role:

US IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze job requirements from US clients.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Develop professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience.
Work closely with the team to achieve hiring goals and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
