US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

For US IT Recruiter:

• Handle the

  entire recruitment cycle

  from sourcing to onboarding for US-based clients.
• Source candidates through

  job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

  .
• Screen and qualify candidates based on job descriptions and technical requirements.
• Negotiate salaries and

  close candidates for contract, C2C, C2H, and full-time roles

  .
• Coordinate

  interviews, feedback, and follow-ups

  with clients and candidates.
• Maintain and update the

  applicant tracking system (ATS)

  .

For Bench Sales Recruiter:

• Market

  bench candidates (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens, etc.)

  to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
• Develop new relationships with

  recruitment firms, implementation partners, and direct clients

  .
• Submit candidates for

  contract and full-time positions

  and follow up regularly.
• Negotiate pay rates and

  ensure quick closures

  .
• Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  3+ years of experience

  in

  US IT Recruitment or Bench Sales

  .
• Strong understanding of

  US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099), Visas, and Hiring Practices

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

  .
• Familiarity with

  ATS and CRM tools

  .
• Proficiency in using

  MS Office Suite and job portals

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  VMS portals and direct client engagement

  .
• Background in technical screening of IT candidates.
• Understanding of

  IT technologies and current hiring trends

  .
