Own the end-to-end requirement process for onsite
(Global Recruitment)
and strategic roles from requirement gathering to closure
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across multiple business units. for onsite roles
Work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to develop proactive recruitment plans that meet the current and projected hiring needs
Conduct HR rounds for selected candidates before offer
Effectively source passive candidates for current and future project needs
Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, offerjoin ratio, pipeline strength) and optimise hiring workflows for efficiency.
Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
8+ years of experience in the IT recruitment industry, preferably in software service companies.
Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and recruitment practices and methods
Ensure compliance with internal policies and region-specific employment regulations.
