We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced US IT & Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at AceStack. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate recruitment efforts for US IT & Healthcare positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the US IT & Healthcare industry.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the US IT & Healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
