Delivery Manager - Recruitment Team

Job Overview:

The Delivery Manager will lead and manage a team of recruiters and lead recruiters responsible for fulfilling client hiring needs across Contract-to-Contract (C2C), Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and permanent placements. The role demands a strong focus on meeting client requirements, driving revenue growth, and managing profit and loss (P&L) for assigned accounts. The Delivery Manager will ensure target-oriented execution, client satisfaction, and optimal team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~10 recruiters and lead recruiters to consistently meet hiring goals across C2C, C2H, and permanent placements.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple US client accounts ensuring timely submissions, quality hires, and adherence to SLAs.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics; implement corrective measures to ensure delivery excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and closure rates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account leads to balance workload, improve turnaround time, and maximize productivity.

Client & Account Management

• Act as the primary client point of contact, understanding hiring needs, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnership and repeat business.
• Work closely with clients to forecast hiring demands and create proactive delivery plans.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication, transparency, and performance delivery.

Business Development

• Partner with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Contribute to account expansion through upselling and cross-selling staffing solutions.
• Participate in client calls, proposal discussions, and RFP responses to support business growth.
• Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth transition into the delivery phase.

Financial & Operational Ownership

• Manage the P&L for assigned client accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Track revenue, margins, and delivery efficiency; report progress to leadership regularly.
• Align delivery operations with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in US IT recruitment delivery and team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage and scale recruiter teams in a high-performance environment.
• Strong understanding of US hiring models C2C, C2H, and permanent staffing.
• Experience managing client relationships, delivery , and account profitability.
• Exposure to business development, client farming, or account expansion is an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work during US time zones as needed.
