US Insurance Evening Shift

Please note that only candidates with prior experience in Evening or Night Shifts are eligible for this role. Freshers will not be considered for this opportunity. Role Overview: As an Advisor / Sr Advisor, your main responsibilities will include: - Managing contractor enrolment and insurance documentation - Responding to queries via centralized mailbox (WTW ComPAS) - Maintaining data accuracy and meeting defined KPIs - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders - Contributing to process improvements and adhering to SOPs Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and knowledge: - Excellent verbal and written communication - Strong analytical and logical thinking - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Understanding of insurance principles - Adaptability to new systems and processes If you are an enthusiastic professional with relevant shift experience and a passion for precision, we would love to meet you at the walk-in interview.,
