Following up on and sending reminders for renewal of work authorizations

and updating I-9 records.

Maintaining MIS (Management Information System) for onboarding and

offboarding employees.

Managing all company policies and renewals such as Workers

Compensation, insurance, and minority status certifications.

Conducting audits of I-9, E-Verify, and visa statuses.

Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.

Managing and processing candidates timesheets.

Identifying and resolving employee concerns effectively.

Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate

payroll processing for all US employees.

Utilizing HR software to digitize activities and processes, improving

efficiency and reducing manual workload.

Handling state notices and compliance requirements across US states.

Coordinating with all relevant departments (immigration, payroll, client

servicing) to discuss the candidates overall status, including project

allocation, visa, and payroll issues.

Immigration support, including:

Cap registrations

H-1B filings

H-1B extensions and amendments

Coordination with attorneys for H-1B and Green Card processing

Contract & VMS Management Responsibilities:

Maintaining contract documentation and renewal schedules; tracking

expirations and ensuring timely renewals or modifications.

Handling end-to-end operations on VMS platforms like Fieldglass, Beeline, and Similar Tools.
