Job Title: US Pharma Recruiter Experience Level: 2-7 Years Location: Hybrid Industry: Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, and Healthcare Staffing Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Pharma Recruiter with 27 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience collaborating with major clients such as PCTEL, Kelly Services, Takeda Pharmaceutical, Johnson & Johnson, PokerStars, Amazon, NTT Data, Capgemini, Teksystems, Infosys, US Bank, General Mills, and Recruiting in Motion . Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmaceutical and life sciences roles across the US market. Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, networking, etc.). Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver on-time results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates. Ensure compliance with US hiring laws, client-specific guidelines, and documentation processes. Leverage your network and past client relationships (e.g., Takeda, J&J, Amazon, Infosys, etc. ) to build and expand the talent pipeline. Maintain and update recruitment metrics and progress reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2–7 years of experience in US-based pharma and life sciences recruiting . Proven success working with direct clients or MSPs such as Kelly Services, Capgemini, Teksystems , etc. Experience recruiting for roles in clinical research, regulatory affairs, drug safety, quality assurance, R&D, and commercial pharma functions . Familiarity with VMS platforms and client systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience recruiting for Fortune 500 clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Amazon, US Bank , and General Mills . Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends and FDA regulations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.
