Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher in US Healthcare at Nirdwando Healthcare Solutions located in Surat. The role will involve tasks related to Medical Billing, coding, insurance verification, referral management, claims submission, payment posting, and more. Qualifications Medical Billing and Coding skills Knowledge of Insurance eligibility verification Experience with referrals and authorization management Charge entry and claims submission proficiency Payment posting and AR follow-up capabilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of healthcare industry regulations Certification in Medical Billing and Coding is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Work from home Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
