Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter Nursing Roles Location: Noida, India (Hybrid: 1 Week Onsite, 3 Weeks Work from Home) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for nursing roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with direct clients or through MSPs/VMS and should be well-versed in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, especially in the healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit qualified nurses and allied healthcare professionals for various US-based client requirements. Manage full-cycle recruiting: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with clients, and following up with candidates. Use job boards (e.g., Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, and internal ATS to identify top talent. Coordinate with clients, account managers, and hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines. Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, background checks, and credentialing requirements. Maintain strong candidate relationships for ongoing and future opportunities. Meet recruitment targets and maintain accurate documentation in ATS. Requirements: 1-5 years of proven experience in US healthcare recruitment, specifically in nursing roles . Familiarity with US healthcare staffing practices, time zones, and terminology. Experience working with direct clients or through MSPs/VMS . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Willingness to work US shifts Work Setup: Hybrid Model : 1 week onsite in our Noida office followed by 3 weeks work from home.
