About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiters to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are entrepreneurial, skilled at networking, and passionate about connecting top healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities across the United States.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, nurses, therapists, and other allied health staff) with US-based hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified US healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and databases.
• Screen candidates for skill set, experience, availability, and work authorization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including candidate outreach, interviews, negotiation, and placement.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly placement targets to maximize commission earnings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in US healthcare recruiting or staffing is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US healthcare industry staffing requirements (credentialing, licensure, compliance).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to succeed in a commission-only environment.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems is a plus.
