US Banking Blended process

Role Overview: You will be working in a US Banking Blended Process handling both voice and chat interactions. This role requires you to have at least 1 year of experience in International BPO with excellent communication skills. The job is based in Noida with US shifts and 2 rotational offs. Please note that there are no cab facilities provided for this role. As an immediate joiner, you will be part of a 5-day working schedule with rotational shifts and offs. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support: - Respond to customer inquiries through chat and phone calls. - Provide exceptional service by understanding customer concerns and effectively resolving them. - Process Adherence: - Follow all company guidelines and process workflows. - Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards for international customer service. - Documentation: - Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools. - Issue Resolution: - Identify customer issues, escalate unresolved problems to the relevant department, and provide timely updates to customers. - Collaboration: - Work closely with team members and supervisors to share insights and achieve team performance goals. Qualification Required: - Undergraduates and graduates with 1 year of international BPO experience. - Excellent communication skills in English.
