US Banking Blended process

As part of our team, you will be handling a US Banking Blended Process that involves both voice and chat interactions. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in international BPO settings, with a focus on delivering exceptional service through effective communication skills. This role requires you to work in US shifts with 2 rotational offs located in Noida. Your primary responsibilities will include providing customer support by responding to inquiries via chat and phone calls. You will be expected to address customer concerns promptly and ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards. Documentation of customer interactions and issue resolution are key aspects of this role. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve performance goals is crucial. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management skills.
