U.S. Accounting Manager

Role Overview: As a U.S. Accounting Manager based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Timesheet & Billing team. Your role will involve processing timesheets and generating invoices for VMO & NVMO consultants, preparing monthly hours and sales reports, managing miscellaneous invoices, recording income/revenue, monitoring audit queries, tracking contract amendments, handling billing disputes, ensuring timely execution of month-end checkpoints, and managing tenure discount communications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Timesheet & Billing team - Process timesheets and generate invoices for VMO & NVMO consultants - Prepare monthly hours and sales reports - Manage and submit miscellaneous invoices (bonuses, expenses, conversion & placement fees, PTO, background checks, drug tests, etc.) - Record miscellaneous income/revenue in the accounting system - Monitor and respond to audit queries - Track contract amendments and notify relevant teams - Handle billing disputes from AR & Audit Teams - Ensure timely execution of month-end checkpoints - Manage tenure discount communications Qualifications Required: - At least 8 years of experience in U.S. Accounting - Strong managerial and leadership skills - Proven ability to mentor and guide team members - Effective cross-functional communicator with a solution-oriented mindset,
