Job Title: Consultant Urologist Location: Bhiwadi, Maharashtra Department: Urology Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers with M.Ch/DM may also apply) Qualification: M.Ch (Urology) / DM (Urology) from a recognized institution Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: A leading multi-specialty hospital in Bhiwadi is seeking a skilled and compassionate Urologist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system through both medical and surgical interventions. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage patients with urological conditions, including kidney stones, prostate disorders, UTIs, incontinence, infertility, cancers of the urinary tract, etc. Perform urological surgeries such as TURP, PCNL, URS, cystectomy, nephrectomy, and reconstructive procedures. Conduct OPD consultations and review diagnostic investigations (USG, CT, MRI, uroflowmetry, etc.) Collaborate with other departments such as Nephrology, Oncology, Radiology, and General Surgery for integrated care. Maintain accurate and complete medical records, surgical documentation, and follow-up plans. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-operative care. Participate in CMEs, clinical audits, and departmental meetings. Skills & Competencies: Proficient in endourological, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive urological surgeries Strong clinical acumen and decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities Comfortable working with EMR systems and digital workflows Ethical and patient-centric approach to healthcare delivery Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: M.Ch (Urology) or DM (Urology) from an MCI-recognized institute Experience: 0–5 years post-qualification (fresh postgraduates are welcome to apply) Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant State Medical Council Willingness to relocate or commute to Bhiwadi, Maharashtra Salary & Benefits: Attractive compensation with performance incentives, accommodation support (if needed), and access to advanced surgical infrastructure Joining: Immediate joiners or within 30–45 days preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Application Question(s): are you DM or M.ch ?
