Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Urologist to join our reputed healthcare team in Kolhapur. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, performing urological surgeries, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat disorders of the kidneys, bladder, ureters, urethra, and male reproductive organs.
• Perform surgical and minimally invasive urological procedures.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
• Collaborate with other medical specialists for multi-disciplinary care.
• Educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle management for urological health.
• Stay updated with advancements in urology treatments and technology.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical staff.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in urological surgeries and endoscopic procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent patient communication and counseling skills.
• Ability to handle emergency urological cases.
• Compassionate and ethical approach to patient care.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 0–3 years for fresh MCh/DM Urology qualified doctors.
• Experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
