Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically driven architecture professional to lead and oversee the operational, design, and business functions of our architecture design agency. This role combines executive leadership with deep architectural expertise to ensure exceptional project delivery, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Oversee overall business operations, including project delivery, finance, HR, quality and client engagement.

Develop long-term business strategies aligned with organizational vision and market growth.

Lead multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.

Design & Technical Expertise

Provide high-level design direction and architectural guidance across key projects.

Ensure adherence to design standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.

Review and approve major project decisions, design concepts, budgets, and technical documentation.

Project & Operational Management

Streamline processes to enhance productivity and profitability across departments.

Monitor project pipelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Implement operational best practices, digital transformation initiatives, and quality control systems.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Drive business development efforts through proposals, pitches, and strategic partnerships.

Represent the firm in industry forums, conferences, and key negotiations.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

Develop and mentor senior architects, design leads, and operational heads.

Attract, retain, and develop talent across the studio workforce.

Encourage a collaborative environment rooted in creativity and design excellence.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership, organizational management, and decision-making abilities.

Advanced architectural design knowledge, technical expertise, and project delivery experience.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Familiarity with relevant codes, international standards, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies in architecture.

Preferred Background

Experience in senior leadership within a reputed architecture, design, or real estate consultancy firm.

Track record of managing large-scale, high-profile design projects.

Membership in recognized professional bodies (e.g., COA, RIBA, AIA) is an added advantage.
