Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled NOC Engineer L3 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Oversee network upgrades, migrations and expansions. Troubleshooting & Decision-Making: Resolve complex network issues and optimize performance. Collaboration: Work with IT, security, and operations teams to align network requirements. Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and lead network projects. Process Improvement: Implement automation and innovative technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, MPLS, and network monitoring tools. Should be an expert in Switching and Routing, BGP, Vlan, Hands on Huawei L3 Switched & Routers. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Certifications like CCNP, are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum 5 years in network engineering roles, preferably in enterprise environments. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of network security principles, compliance requirements, and best practices.
