Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain

    SQL-based applications

    and reports for manufacturing operations.
  • Design and optimize

    relational databases

    for production, quality, and logistics data.
  • Create and manage

    ETL processes

    to move data between manufacturing systems and databases.
  • Support integration between

    ERP

    ,

    MES

    ,

    SCADA

    , and other factory systems.
  • Build

    dashboards and reports

    for real-time production monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Develop custom scripts and applications to automate manual processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to understand software needs.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving software or data-related issues in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Proficiency in

    SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or MySQL)

    including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Experience in

    software development languages

    such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of

    relational databases

    (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with

    manufacturing systems

    like ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, or SCADA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of

    data modelling

    ,

    ETL tools

    , and

    data visualization

    (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preference will be given who have experience in Manufacturing Industry.
