Role & responsibilities: Strong understanding of sheet metal forming processes(stamping, bending, laser cutting, pressing) Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) for accurate design and manufacturing. Good Material Knowledge (Steel, aluminum, alloys ,etc.) Ability to manage critical timelines for component development, testing and validation. Vendor & Consultant coordination to ensure quality and timely project execution. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams for smooth project execution. Role & responsibilities: Develop and maintain SQL-based applications and reports for manufacturing operations. Design and optimize relational databases for production, quality, and logistics data. Create and manage ETL processes to move data between manufacturing systems and databases. Support integration between ERP , MES , SCADA , and other factory systems. Build dashboards and reports for real-time production monitoring and performance analysis. Develop custom scripts and applications to automate manual processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems. Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to understand software needs. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving software or data-related issues in a manufacturing environment. Preferred candidate profile: Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or MySQL) including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning. Experience in software development languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java. Strong understanding of relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with manufacturing systems like ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, or SCADA is a plus. Knowledge of data modelling , ETL tools , and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preference will be given who have experience in Manufacturing Industry.
