Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (Fixed) + ₹2 LPA (Variable)
Age Limit: Up to 33 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admissions Counsellor to manage the end-to-end study abroad process for students aiming to study in the UK and USA. This is a student-facing role requiring excellent counselling skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students on overseas education opportunities after assessing their academic background and interests.
• Assist in shortlisting universities/colleges and programs, especially in the UK and USA.
• Help students build a strong academic profile, including SOPs, LORs, and resumes.
• Provide detailed advice on budgeting, living expenses, and financial planning.
• Work with targets and ensure monthly and intake-level enrolment goals are met.
• Maintain accurate records and regular follow-ups using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling.
• Prior experience guiding students to destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and France.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and ability to work with data and metrics.
• Target-oriented and proactive in approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
