Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Customer Relationship Executives for our Begumpet, Hyderabad location. The role involves handling customer support and sales interactions, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and other communication channels
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Explain product/service details and support sales conversion (for sales role)
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Eligibility Criteria:For Sales Role:

• Qualification: Undergraduate
• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates welcome

For Customer Support Role:

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates welcome

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• No requirement for South Indian languages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Must be located in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
• Female candidates: Fixed day shift
• All candidates: Weekly rotational shifts, 6-day work week, 9-hour shift
• Immediate joiners preferred
