Job Description

Kailash Hospital & Heart Institute is urgently hiring for Floor Manager for Noida Sector 27 Location.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage floor operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
Oversee daily activities such as admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to provide quality patient care.
Maintain accurate records of patient data and inventory management.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in Floor Management or related field (Hospital Administration).
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, including emergency response protocols.
Good communication skills for effective coordination with healthcare teams.
Ability to work under pressure during emergencies while maintaining composure.
