Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Rewards and Recognition (RNR) Programs:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive RNR programs that align with organizational goals and values.
  • Identify and recommend appropriate recognition strategies to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
  • Ensure timely and fair distribution of rewards and recognition to deserving individuals or teams.

2. Employee Engagement Activities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of engagement activities to enhance the overall workplace experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events, team-building activities, and initiatives that promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Continuously assess and improve engagement programs based on employee feedback and industry best practices.

3. Communication and Feedback:

  • Implement effective communication channels to keep employees informed about engagement initiatives, upcoming events, and recognition programs.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from employees to gauge the effectiveness of engagement activities and make data-driven improvements.

4. Employee Surveys:

  • Design, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys to understand the pulse of the workforce.
  • Use survey insights to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address employee concerns.

5. Collaboration with HR and Leadership:

  • Work closely with the HR team to align engagement initiatives with talent management and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to gain support for and promote engagement activities at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee engagement, with a focus on managing RNR programs.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement.
