Urgent Requirement: Training and Placement Officer (TPO)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer (TPO) located in Sadar. The TPO will be responsible for managing campus placements, training students in soft skills, coordinating with companies for college recruiting, and enhancing students' employability through various training programs. The TPO will also be tasked with building strong relationships with industry leaders and ensuring successful job placements for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
• Strong Communication and Soft Skills
• Proficiency in Training techniques and methodologies
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Prior experience in an educational institution or corporate training is beneficial
